A Hungry Squirrel

When the seasons of plenty have passed, squirrels start to eat mountain ash berries which taste bitter. Cold weather may have reduced the bitterness and changed the parasorbic acid of these berries into benign sorbic acid.

I made these shots near home a few days ago, with a Canon 400mm f/5.6L lens.
